Biography

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology and Sociology from the University of Dongola, Sudan. I bring over 9 years of research experience, having spent much time working as part of international university projects in Qatar, Kenya, Germany and the UAE. I have specialised in community archaeology and engagement in much of my previous work. 

Research

I am interested in public archaeology, landscape archaeology and excavation. I am interested in understanding the relationship between local people and the archaeological heritage that surrounds them in their environments.
